Tracing haloed trailing clouds,
Wisp around the moon. They part:
Kiss a mosaic of gentle stars.
Sun rests on another side,
Where daisies sway, wave goodbye
To sweeping blanket of the night.
Sun and moon, as poetry rhymes:
Spin through space
And languid time.
All my prayers send me home:
To yawning sun and tired bones,
The haloed moon sleeps in my room.
